You’ve taken the first step to improving your daily life by signing up for 30 Days To Your Best You! The challenge will kick off on Monday, May 1. Sign up here if you haven’t already.
Our mission is to help you create a well-designed life. What we do on a daily basis matters. Our daily habits either support what we want out of life—or they don’t. It’s the small steps, accumulated over time, that lead us to a lifetime of purpose and happiness.
We’ve compiled the most effective routines and habits to add into your daily life. They are meant to be quick, easy, and ultimately rewarding. You’ll add in just one small habit each day. You’ll build on it. You’ll change the course of your day, and in turn, the course of your life.

What You Can Expect
One New Habit Per Day – Starting Monday, May 1, you’ll receive a tip a day for 30 days straight. We’ll send this overnight so it’s waiting in your inbox first thing in the morning. The daily tips build onto each other so the goal when you receive the second tip is to implement the first two habits, and so on.
What You’ll Need
Your Planner – Here at Day Designer, we’re big believers in the science behind writing things down.
Inspirational Material – Anything that inspires and centers you. Perhaps an encouraging book, a meditation guide, or daily devotions.
Notebook or Journal – In case you want to take notes or journal your thoughts.
Water Bottle – A must for proper hydration.
Alarm/Timer – The one on your phone is fine.
Reading Material – Something you’ll love to wind down with!
Yourself and a Fresh Mindset – You’re the only one who has the power to make changes in your life.
An Accountability Partner – Buddy up with a friend and do this together! It’s amazing how much more accountable we are when we commit to a friend. Have some fun with this and plan to check in with each other regularly!
Routines + Habits Printable – Challenge participants will receive a free printable worksheet via email. This will be a great spot for you to keep track of the daily habits. Or, download the printable here!
By the end of this challenge, you will have developed daily routines that dramatically increase your efficiency and focus—in ways that improve your overall success and happiness. Practicing daily habits will open up precious time in your days. If you take can take control of your day, you can take control of your life.
